The Educational and Charitable Support Committee is designed to help Sorin comply with Federal and state anti-kickback laws, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and Sorin’s mission and guidelines.
Note: The Educational and Charitable Support Committee blinds or hides the identity of the requesting entity or person for donation and grant requests made by health care providers and entities to ensure that no consideration is given to the amount of business a customer has done or may do with our company.
If your request is for a charitable monetary donation, healthcare education grant, or Sorin product donation, please complete the Application for Educational, Research, and Charitable Donations.
If your request is solely for Sorin to market or exhibit at a conference or other meeting venue, please contact Sorin Compliance at 303-467-6557 or soringroupethics@sorin.com. If your request includes a combination of exhibit space and an educational grant, please complete the Application for Educational, Research, and Charitable Donations.
